Grace Jull

Grace Jull has been leading transformational workshops since 1986 and is a senior teacher at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox, MA. Her lively and passionate instruction of esoteric and biomechanical anatomy is a highlight of Kripalu’s professional training programs in massage and yoga, and she is working on a book that will offer a rich narrative of the body as a field of intelligence for us to inhabit with awe and profound enjoyment.
