Kathryn Shafer has been in private practice as a professor, author, and international consultant for mental health and addiction for over 25 years. In 2000, she created the FUN Program integrating the transformational therapies of imagery, dreams, and yoga in her work with individuals and groups coping with asthma, trauma, and addictions. More recently, she has introduced these tools to children, teens, and other underserved populations. She has studied in many traditions.
