This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn a method to relax. It is not only ideal for those who have never meditated and want to learn, but also for experienced meditators who would like a fresh perspective on the practice.
Gary offers a practical, down-to-earth introduction to the practice of meditation. His workshop is designed for ‘regular’ people who may have no experience with ‘new age’ centers. Participants will learn what meditation is and the benefits that can be gained from a regular practice. They will be guided through several ways to meditate and will have the opportunity to practice meditation. By learning how to meditate, participants will experience the deep relaxation and profound inner stillness that can occur when you focus on the here and now.
