Although you cannot see it with your naked eye, everything around you is vibrating. You are vibrating! This is important because we experience an optical illusion while we see ourselves as distinct and separate from one another, when in fact we are all connected by vibrations. We are all a part of the whole. The interesting thing is that because we are not solid and static and we are all a vibrating part of this intelligent Universe, it means that we have the power to tap into and shift our energy to that of the highest good. One way to focus and clear out negative energy is through sound.

This session is sure to be a pleasurable experience for all who participate. Come and practice and learn about Nada Yoga – the yoga of sound. Chant and breathe away toxins and debris in the deepest parts of your lungs. The session will also include a guided relaxation where you will absorb all the effects of the exercises as you slip into a deeply relaxed and tranquil state. By the end of the session you are guaranteed to feel totally renewed!
