Practicing Forgiveness

Even as good people, doing good things in the world, we can still get stuck holding on to pain, sorrow, guilt and feelings of regret. The flow of prana is disrupted and the healing of mind, body and spirit is thwarted. We will look at how the little things we hold on to can derail the big things we want to achieve in our lives. We’ll do breath work, body movement (Kundalini Yoga) and mantra/meditation as tools to facilitate the process. This workshop is designed to help guide us on the path of forgiveness, the first step toward self healing. Yogi Bhajan says: “One of the major steps on the Spiritual Path is forgiveness – in fact it is impossible not to go into a state of forgiveness and walk this path of Light!”

Speaker Bio: Krishna Kaur, founder of Yoga for Youth, is a dynamic heart centered Yoga teacher who began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1970 and has been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Self Awareness for over 40 years. Read full bio »
