This session will review basic hand & arm anatomy. The primary causes of wrist pain and thumb pain with be identified and discussed. For each cause or diagnosis, general suggestions for pain relief will be addressed. This may include stretches and strengthening exercises, useful adaptive equipment tools or props and / or modifications to activities or daily routines to reduce stress & pain.
