In a yoga practice, this foundational exploration can immeasurably deepen our experience, thus allowing the wisdom of the body to inform and help us navigate as we live, work, heal and relate in this world. Learning to respect and listen to this body wisdom will ground us in our knowledge and help us rediscover our innate spirituality and develop our emotional intelligence.
