Physical health does not blindly follow the law of bio-chemistry. Health follows the dictations of spirit. Your health mirrors the deepest level of your own thoughts, a process engineered in us that is designed to optimize our spiritual growth towards enlightenment. Research on the mind-body connection has proved that disease in the body begins with disease in the mind.

Through Pranayam, we will learn to breathe in different patterns. Each form is tailored to support our bodies to create balance, or to rebalance what is imbalanced. The techniques or patterns that Ashutosh will share with you, when done on as a daily practice, will energize and align body, mind, and spirit.
