In this session, learn the specific Ayurvedic applications of the energetics of postures and breathing techniques, including langhana (yin) and brahmana (yang), and the relationship between the nervous system, breathing techniques and yoga postures.
Students will learn how to choose postures and breathing for specific needs and conditions, how to use postures combined with breath to create specific effects, and how to understand the deeper benefits of postures and breathing techniques when used with this focus.
