We want to meditate, we want to create more mindfulness in our lives, but sometimes the natural wild child of our thoughts behaves as well as a recalcitrant two-year-old. In this experiential workshop, we’ll be discussing Ayurvedic techniques to help us discover the ease of mindful experience. Some techniques we’ll cover include nutrition, massage, use of oils, aromatherapy, and more, which will enable us to find the meditation practice that once seemed beyond our reach.
