Did you know that the average adult repairs about 300 billion cells every single day? The food you eat, the activities you participate in, your thoughts, your moods, your relationships and your environment all influence how your cells repair and regenerate. Many people, as they age, find that their new cells continue to get weaker and weaker. People recognize the weaker cells via a deterioration in their health. But there is always a choice in life, and you were created with a natural, built-in repair system. Learning how to deeply relax for 20 minutes each day can give your nervous system the chance to heal and repair. In turn, relaxation will keep you looking and feeling younger. And not only will you look and feel younger, you will also feel happier and freer.

This session will include both lecture and practice. Participants will be given the science and research behind my methods, and will have the opportunity to experience many of the techniques. A question-and-answer period will also be included.
