In this experiential session, you’ll learn the power of the Mind-Body Connection and apply it to healing and enhancing your life – for how can you control the world around you if you don’t even know what’s going on inside of you?
In this session, you will:
- Understand the key elements of the Mind-Body Connection
- Learn real-time tools to use the Mind-Body Connection to heal your pain and change your life
- Create a plan of action for bringing the Mind and Body into alignment
